Irit Rappaport
Chairwoman
Irith was born in Israel, raised in Geneva and received her academic education in New York. Irith is VP Corporate and Financial Communication at Policy Ltd. - Government Relations & Corporate Affairs and brings to her work at Policy over 15 years of experience in the international business arena.
Irith was Chief Operating Officer and Foreign Investor Representative for IVOG Georgia, and was VP Operations and Project Development Manager for the Inter Maritime Group in Geneva. Her position included business negotiations with investors and governmental parties, establishing overseas business activities including budget management, locating financing sources and training professional teams. Irith is a graduate of New York University’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication and has extensive experience in strategic media consulting and working with the international media. Irith serves as a director at several business organizations and public companies as well as for philanthropic foundations and numerous charitable organizations both in Israel and abroad.

Tal Keinan
Tal is co-founder of KCPS and Company. Prior to founding KCPS, Tal served as a Partner at Giza Venture Capital, one of Israel’s leading Technology-sector-focused Private Equity firms. Tal serves on the Advisory Board of the Ariav Commission, a joint Bank-of-Israel / Ministry-of- Finance Task Force on the creation of a global financial center in Israel; on the Board of Directors of Heseg and on the Board of Directors of Natan Israel. Tal serves as a Council Associate of the Milken Institute and has been a speaker at the Milken Institute Global Conference. Tal received his B.A. in Middle East History and Strategic Studies from Tel Aviv University, including two years at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. He also holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Abraham Assaf
Abraham is a graduate of the Industrial Engineering and Management Faculty of the Technion in Haifa, with a Masters in Performance Research. He is Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Amanet Management & Systems, and has been active in the company since 1970. He is responsible for business development in the Amanet Group and overseeing external relationships in Israel and overseas.

Eilon Tirosh
Eilon is an active angel investor and entrepreneur. Eilon has invested in more than 20 seed stage companies, to name a few: Oberon Media, Passave ( acquired by PMC –Siera), Pontis, Axxana, Wix and more. He founded Yuvalim in 2002, engaged in preventing youngsters from dropping-out of the school system, and cultivating excellence in junior high schools in out-lying communities. Yuvalim operates in seven centers around the country with 1,200 students. Eilon is also a member of the Hakol Chinuch movement which is aimed at promoting education policy. He is a graduate of Tel Aviv University Engineering school, and lives in Bnei Zion with his wife and three children.

Dr. Tal Ben Shahar
Tal Ben-Shahar is an author and lecturer, teaching at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya. He taught the largest course at Harvard on 'Positive Psychology' and the third largest on 'The Psychology of Leadership' — with a total of over 1,400 students. Tal consults and lectures around the world to executives in multi-national corporations, Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions, and the general public. Topics include leadership, education, ethics, happiness, self-esteem, resilience, goal setting, and mindfulness. He is the author of the international best sellers Happier and Being Happy, which have been translated into 25 languages. An avid sportsman, Tal won the U.S. Intercollegiate and Israeli National squash championships. He obtained his PhD in Organizational Behavior and BA in Philosophy and Psychology from Harvard.
